1. Return Window
We accept return requests within 15 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed
- Free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
- In its original condition
- Returned with original packaging, tags, or accessories if included
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Customized jerseys
- Jerseys with personalized names, numbers, badges, patches, or special printing
- Final sale items
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Items damaged due to customer misuse, washing, or improper care
If a personalized or customized item has a manufacturing issue, please contact us with photos so we can review the case.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

4. Size Issues
Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.
If the jersey size you selected does not fit, you may request an exchange or return within the 15-day return window, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Return shipping costs for size exchanges or customer-selected wrong sizes are the responsibility of the customer.

If you no longer want the item, you may request a return within 15 days after delivery.
The returned item must meet our return conditions. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is caused by our error.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent.

If an item becomes unavailable or we are unable to ship your order within the stated processing or shipping timeframe, we may contact you with an updated estimated delivery time.
If you do not wish to wait, you may request cancellation and a refund for the unshipped item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Jerseygol is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund processing time is usually 5–10 business days, depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
